selling our house

We've just listed our house to move. It's amazing how quickly a growing family can outgrow a house! Since so many of you live so far away and have never had a chance to visit, I thought this would be a good opportunity for you to see our house. Plus if you know anyone wanting to move to Georgia, we have a great house to sell! It's perfect, except it doesn't have a basement, hence the reason we are selling! We are staying local, just looking for slightly bigger on a basement. I know...not a great time to sell a house, but we're hoping to get a steal on the house that we buy. (especially since we're not going to get much for ours!)
